Select your preferred color and/or size and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Feel free to continue shopping—you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon located at the top right corner.

Finished shopping? It's time to finalize your order. Click the shopping bag icon at the top right corner to view your selected Femano items. In the following screen, you can adjust quantities if necessary. Next, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to access the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details.
Please note: After finalizing your order, you can no longer make changes as orders are processed immediately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Femano covers all shipping costs, so you pay no shipping fees. However, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, all items are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; the link will be provided in an email once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Femano aims for rapid product delivery. If you place an order on weekdays before 15:00, we strive to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 10-15 business days.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will typically be available for collection at your nearest post office or local delivery point for 7 days. The delivery service will notify you with details, including the pick-up location. If not collected within 7 days, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We process and ship orders quickly, providing only a small window to correct incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you believe you've entered an incorrect address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace information indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery service 14 days after the reported delivery date and keep you informed throughout the process.
