Exchange and Return Policy
If you have received incorrect or defective items, please send an email to info@Femano.co.uk to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or items that are not in their original condition.
Return Procedure
- Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not already done so. You can request the return form using the contact form provided below.
- Email your completed return form along with a photo of the products you wish to return to info@Femano.co.uk.
- After approval, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all conditions listed below. Clearly mark "Returns" on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@Femano.co.uk.
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the costs associated with returning the items.
- Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- All return shipments must use a traceable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
- Ensure your return form has been approved—returns without approval may not be processed.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:
- Request the return form using the contact form below. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
- Send your order back Send the items along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Ensure your parcel has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
- Receive your refund Once we have received your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
